Whether COVID-19 is forcing you to stay home or you don't live nearby, now you can still be a part of the Summit family!

Announcing the opening of our virtual location with Zoom! Coaches will walk participants through the class structure and offer them gym equipment alternatives that can be found around the house. 

​

We are offering our fitness kickboxing classes online as well as private 1:1 training sessions. 

​

New members who sign up for a membership will receive 1 free private 1:1 session as part of their new membership!

Every workout begins with a warm-up consisting of HIIT movements, jump roping, and body-weight exercises to get your body warmed up and heart rate elevated.

Get fit not hit! 12 rounds (50 minutes) 

of intense shadow boxing is designed to build strength and improve technique while burning max calories.

Whether it's jumping jacks, squats, or ab work we stay moving during active rests to maintain your heart rate.

 While continuing to increase flexibility, agility, and speed, you will be burning the maximum calories during the 12 rounds.
